After working in the Early Childhood sector for 10 years, I decided to combine my love for fitness and my passion for promoting children’s health and wellbeing, launching our FitKidz program. As a Mum myself, I feel that it is so important to help to give children the best possible start to life, by creating positive relationships with food and exercise.
After embarking on my own fitness journey, I decided to become a Health and Fitness Trainer. I am passionate about helping people reach their own health and wellbeing goals by improving their nutrition and fitness.
While increasing physical exercise has many benefits, it is equally as important for clients to improve their nutrition intake. I enjoy working with our clients to increase their nutritional knowledge and help them find ways to incorporate more nutrients into their day to day diet. I want to help clients to be their happiest and healthiest self so we can all live our best lives.
